Graphite for Sintering Our high temperature coating materials based on advanced ceramics (boron nitride, titanium nitride) are outstanding parting agents and diffusion barriers, which prevent effectively the accomodation of carbon from graphite dies and graphite trays. Thus the feared carbide formation is prevented reliably when sintering hardmetal and tungsten carbide powders. These coatings can be laid on like commercial paints by spraying or brushing the substrates (for example on graphite). They are available on water base or for faster drying on ethanol base.
