Oben Description

ALU-STOP BN-A Boron Nitride Aerosol is a special coating material based on high-purity boron nitride showing a high specific surface. This coating shows an excellent non-wetting behaviour against most metal metals and can be applied directly onto the substrate to be protected. By the use of quick-drying components the coating can be put into service after a short drying time. ALU-STOP BN-A Boron Nitride Aerosol enables an easy and quick application in research facilities as well as in the production.

ObenApplication

Remove dust and remains of melts etc. from the surface to be coated.
Shake can well before use.
Spray from a distance of 20 cm (8").
Best results are achieved by even movements when spraying.
Apply thin coatings. Thick coatings may may crack upon drying.
Additional layers may be applied after drying.

ObenStorage-Container Size

Container is under pressure. Protect against sunlight and temperatures exceeding 50°C (122°F). ALU-STOP BN-A Boron Nitride Aerosol is available in containers of 500ml.
