Description

Graphite Aerosol GS is a coating based on special graphites for best release and lubrication characteristics. Due to its extremely good high temperature lubrication properties it finds application as a parting agent in the metallurgy and for sinterng and high-pressure sintering as well as for the lubrication of chain conveyors and conveying belts in the high-temperature area.

Application

• Remove dust and remains of melts etc. from the surface to be coated.
• Shake can well before use.
• Spray from a distance of 20 cm (8").
• Best results are achieved by even movements when spraying.
• Apply thin coatings. Thick coatings may may crack upon drying.
• Additional layers may be applied after drying.
